Yes. You can cancel your Signal Tennis subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription includes access to the full Signal Tennis portal: personalised analytics dashboards, match charts, video highlights, tournament tracking, equipment management, and coaching prep tools for all players linked to your account.
We take junior data protection seriously. All player data is stored securely, accessible only to authorised account holders. We comply with GDPR and the UK ICO Children’s Code. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can update your payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ in your account settings to access it.
